Ogunyooye is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in Human Capital and Human Resources Management, having successfully overseen and directed the entire HR function of FT Royal. In this role, she was responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy formulation, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Her strategic leadership in HR operations contributed significantly to improved employee engagement, retention, and organizational productivity.
She qualified as a Chartered Accountant over twenty-five years ago and holds the prestigious rank of Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Her academic qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from Lagos State University (LASU).

Her vast experience spans over a decade in tax practice and management, as well as years of hands-on HR leadership. In her HR role at FT Royal, she developed and implemented robust HR policies, designed organizational structures, managed staff welfare programs, and resolved workplace conflicts with fairness and professionalism. She is known for her ability to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring that talent management becomes a key driver of organizational success.
Her strong background in Finance, Audit, and Taxation complements her HR expertise, giving her the analytical skills and business insight to manage people and organizational resources effectively. She is adept at planning, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance, and fostering a work environment that promotes both productivity and employee satisfaction.
